Belly Dance for Wellness

HealthPoint Oriental Medicine supports Belly Dance for Wellness, a class taught by Shari Jeziorski, L.Ac., a long-time instructor of Middle Eastern dance and a licensed acupuncturist practicing at HealthPoint.

Shari guides dance class participants toward new ways to move qi and blood, improve joint flexibility and muscle function, encourage poise and confidence, improve overall conditioning and health status, and generally feel good through Middle Eastern dance. Check out Shari's class for its many health benefits.

This class is an effective way to promote your physical health and well-being. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. No dance experience required. In fact, most class participants are people just like you!
