Belly Dance for Wellness Adds Saturday Morning Interim Class!.

The New interim class is a brief 5-week session, perfect for those who want to experience a brief introduction to belly dance without a long-term commitment to either the regular introductory or advanced beginning classes. And the price is right, too!  See the last column in the table below for details.

Join Shari Jeziorski, an acupuncturist practicing at HealthPoint and a talented dancer and an experienced dance instructor, in these fun, healthy dance classes. Shari guides you toward new ways to move qi and blood, improve your joint flexibility and muscle function, encourage poise and confidence, improve your overall conditioning and health status, and generally help you feel good through Middle Eastern dance. These classes offer an effective way to promote your physical health and well-being. They are appropriate for all ages and fitness levels; no dance experience required.

Shari Jeziorski has been involved in Middle Eastern dance for ten years. She has studied with many reputable Middle Eastern dance and music teachers from around the world. She teaches regularly and performs as a solo dance artist in the Twin Cities. Shari is also a member of the Jawaahir Dance Company. As a dance instructor and performer, Shari is recognized for her graceful, yet dynamic, style. Shari is also a nationally board certified and licensed practitioner at HealthPoint Oriental Medicine where she provides health care services including acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy.
