Meghan Poferl, RN, Certified Massage Therapist is a native of St. Paul and received her nursing degree from the University of St. Catherine. Her nursing experience includes work at Abbott Northwestern, Fresenius and DaVita Dialysis, and Minnesota Oncology Hematology.

A desire to educate and assist people to become more proactive in their health and wellness efforts led Meghan toward therapeutic body work. While continuing her work in nursing, Meghan attended and graduated from the Globe University massage therapy program at the Minnesota School of Businesses. Before joining HealthPoint, Meghan was in private practice as a massage therapist.

Meghan offers a diverse massage therapy repertoire, including Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue/rehab, sports massage, pregnancy, myofascial, cranio-sacral, lymphatic drainage, Thai massage, foot reflexology, healing touch, and hot stone massage.

Meghan has strong expertise and experience working with athletes, bicyclists, swimmers, yoga practitioners, dancers and others who make regular demands on their bodies. She also a great help to over-worked regular folks who need someone to melt their knots and trigger points.

When not providing massage therapy, Meghan is a busy mom active in the lives of her four kids.
