However you schedule, be sure to complete our online Clinical Intake Form (the form may take several seconds to load). This will provide us more detailed information about your presenting health concern and save you considerable time at your initial appointment.

Monday - Thursday	8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday	8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday	8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Dr. Zhang's appointment availability is limited to Monday - Wednesday afternoons beginning at 3:30 p.m. (or other times by arrangement).
